I am a PhD candidate at the Social Data Science and AI (SODA) Lab (PI: Frauke Kreuter) of the Department of Statistics, LMU Munich. I am also a junior member of the Munich Center for Machine Learning, and affiliate external PhD student at the Munich AI and NLP (MaiNLP) Lab (PI: Barbara Plank) of LMU Munich.
Broadly, my research interests focus on human-centric NLP, computational social science, computational semantics & pragmatics.
Recently, I have been interested in studying how LLMs process language, understand cultures, and engage with society: from aspectual semantics (The Imperfective Paradox in LLMs, ACL 2026) to generating poetry (Táng Poetry Generation with LLMs, ACL 2026 Findings) and simulating public opinion (Algorithmic Fidelity of LLMs in Generating German Public Opinions, ACL 2025).
